Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take care of recruitment and post recruitment
2. Design hiring plans for marketing interns partner
3. Maintain intern database and attendance monitoring
4. Organize intern engagement events
5. Interview and assess job candidates
6. Manage compensation and benefits plans
7. Onboard new hires
8. Report on employee turnover rates
9. Implement employee retention programs
10. Schedule training for all employees (for example, achieving career goals, customer service skills training, motivational training)
11. Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job- related issues
12. Conduct regular meetings with the various campus ambassadors and develops trusted relationships with them
13. Attract talent through employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, campus presentations, and headhunting to optimize recruitment cost
