Responsibilities include:

1. Work with the academic and operations team to understand the requirement and plan and execute the recruitment based on organizational need.
2. Identify potential sources, post jobs on relevant job boards and organization websites, and network through industry contacts, relevant groups, social media, and employees
3. Schedule interviews, evaluate and select suitable candidates and identify passive candidates
4. Roll out offer letter and follow through till candidates are onboarded
5. Communicate regularly with the all stakeholders to understand their experience at SMF
6. Address employee concerns as and when they arise
7. Manage full HR lifecycle till exit
