Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Find suitable candidates through channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
2. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates (1st level HR Interview)
3. Plan and execute selection & interview processes - assessments, tech interviews, and final interviews
4. Maintain records of all material used for recruitment - resumes, KYC forms, assignments submitted, and interview feedback
5. Discuss with the shortlisted candidates on final CTC and notice period for offer release and closure
6. Support the administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
