Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in campus and lateral recruitment
2. Manage the new joiner's onboarding processes with the HR team
3. Manage all HR administration duties
4. Monitor and forward to relevant departments, all employee incoming communications at HR ids
5. Communicate with employees, routine, and specific HR-related communications
6. Work to be a part of the recruitment process and assist in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and other tasks as allocated
7. Manage HR process workflows and associated records updation in software tools
8. Work on other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your supervisors from time to time
