Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Updating databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
4. Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
5. Assisting in the planning of the company events
6. Preparing the letters for the employees like offer letters, appointment letters, probation confirmation letters, etc.
7. Formatting goals to upload in the software and updating the new employee's information in the software (Zoho)
8. Supporting in virtual employee engagement activities, performance management & rewards
9. Supporting and assisting in all HR operations work
