About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruiting requirements of the company
2. Call candidates and set up interviews
3. Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments for new hiring and policy needs
4. Maintain candidate database
5. Drafting required documents and SOPs needed for the structuring of the company.
6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
7. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
8. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
9. Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
