Job Description
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Participate in negotiations with potential candidates regarding compensation and benefits.
3. Help resolve employee conflicts and issues through mediation and problem-solving techniques.
4. Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
5. Utilize MS-Office to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
6. Develop strong interpersonal skills by interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
7. Enhance your communication skills by effectively conveying information and updates to the team.
