Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shortlisting profiles from databases and the provided portal
2. Calling, interviewing, filtering, and coordinating in the selection process
3. Training the selected staff for different positions
4. Handling daily/weekly meetings and reporting to the management
