Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads and conducting initial screenings
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees' professional development
5. Collaborate with team members to design and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities
6. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents and reports
7. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our HR processes and practices
