Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting the Job descriptions and uploading them on different job portals.
2. Screening the resumes and interviewing the potential candidates.
3. Helping them in the onboarding process.
4. Mailing the official documents like offer letters, rejection emails, and everything.
5. Maintaining the documents of the employees
6. Making a funnel of resumes for future reference.
7. Coordinating between the departments and maintaining the performance sheet of each candidate
8. Following up on different employees regarding the work assigned
