About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the job description of the client's requirements
2. Souring profiles for clients' requirements through various channels job portals, head hunting, etc.
3. Calling as per requirement
4. Conducting preliminary screening with candidates to check interest level and fitment
5. Working on interview coordination and schedules
