Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on handling the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Sourcing candidates through job portals, Linkedin for India and abroad
3. Working on sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job portals & Linkedin for India and abroad
4. Engaging in screening candidates' resumes and job applications
5. Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
6. Acting as the point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
