Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in new employee onboarding, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support the HR team in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
Perform research on HR-related topics and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
