Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions as per the requirement
2. Determine staffing needs
3. Source potential candidates from various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
5. Perform in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates
6. Release offers to selected candidates and handling their queries
7. Track the interview process.
8. Play important role in employer branding
9. Maintain interview tracker and analyzing the status of hiring
10. Keep the track of all the open positions and ensuring timely closure
11. Introduce better-automated talent acquisition practices
12. Liaison with the technical panel to ensure availability at the time of interview
