Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interviewing candidates on a daily basis
2. Giving feedback to the interviewed candidates and preparing them for further rounds of interviews
3. Doing sourcing as per the client's requirements through different portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, CutShort, etc.
4. Maintaining the database of the candidates being interviewed
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in the English language
2. Great critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Must have an inclination towards coaching and mentoring candidates
5. If the candidate has recently appeared for a competitive exam or preparing for one, then that would be an added advantage
6. Should be able to work with minimum supervision
7. Able to handle pressure and good at multitasking
