About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing & screening candidates - identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
2. Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
3. Handling the documentation & paperwork
4. Onboarding the candidate
5. Working on policy/process drafting tasks
