Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on communicating with recruiters and other external parties and posting jobs as per the requirement of the company
2. Maintain employee records and documentation
3. Implement and follow HR processes and policies
4. Work on conducting interviews, onboarding, and induction & handling employee exits
5. Work on performance management, planning, and executing for increment process
6. Work on conducting employee engagement activities, such as celebrating festivals, suggestions, and feedback from employees for betterment
7. Design compensation structure for betterment of both employer and employee
8. Support the company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
9. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
