Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals
2. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements
3. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Fresher World, Monster, LinkedIn)
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Demonstrate full recruitment lifecycle (rate/salary negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, interview & onboarding, etc.)
6. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
