Job Description


About part time job/internship
Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update our internal databases with new employee information including contact details and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
6. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
7. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 13th Jul'20 and 17th Aug'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
