Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting and onboarding new hires
2. Actively engaging in talent acquisition
3. Maintaining employee data records within the HR system
4. Assisting in managing the end-to-end employee life cycle
5. Working on attendance & leave data track record keeping
6. Assisting in managing of compensation & benefits, payroll procedure
7. Assisting in formulating, rolling out, and managing all HR related policies
8. Handling the employee engagement, celebrations, and team building activities

1
