1. Source, identify and interview suitable candidates for multiple vacancies
2. Interview candidates on the phone and face to face and determine their suitability for vacancies
3. Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies
4. Generate new candidates and leads through referrals and market information
5. Work effectively with colleagues in India and overseas
6. Utilize the database effectively while searching and record-keeping
7. Work quickly and efficiently and use their own initiative
