Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct day-to-day employee engagement activities as prescribed by the higher authorities
2. Work on communication management & coordination with employees for their queries & fulfillment of other relevant information requisites
3. Ensure quality assurance of the employees as per instructed by the higher authorities
4. Work on induction, training & augmentation of employees as instructed by the higher authorities from time to time
5. Monitor & report on all matters related to employees engagement (attendance, track operations, etc.),business aspects (report collection, investigation of employees conduct)
6. Bridge between employees & higher authorities in all respect whenever required
7. Work on any other HR-related & similar duties that the higher authorities may assign to do from time-to-time
