Our team decided to pivot Aapoon to be a social media platform that is by the Indians and for the Indians. Aapoon offers social media, messaging, and conferencing services. We offer unlimited members with a communication hierarchy, which is a first in the social media domain. We also have a meeting software called Aapoon meet (Android) for online meetings, user ID verification with artificial intelligence technology, and WhatsApp, Facebook, and Zoom like functionalities, all in one application.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
2. Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves, and bank accounts
3. Screening resumes and application forms
4. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
5. Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
6. Preparing HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
7. Addressing employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
8. Reviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies
9. Participating in organizing company events and careers days
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Nov'20 and 31st Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
