Job Description:


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Should have basic understanding/knowledge about SAP all modules, Java, Dotnet, Testing..

1. Handle the end-to-end hiring process
2. Screen applications according to the job requirements
3. Coordinate telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews
4. Conduct the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews
5. Perform background and reference checks
6. Shortlist and present the most suitable profiles to the hiring manager
7. Keep track of all applicants and update the application status to the applicants
8. Find innovative and effective techniques to find & attract the top talent
9. Handle joining formalities and conducting induction, orientation, and training for the newly joined employees
10. Conduct secondary research of industry case studies
11. Find the customer prospects and explain the service (might travel 15% of the time to meet the customer )
