About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
2. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
3. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
4. Undertake tasks around performance management
5. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
6. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
7. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
8. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
9. Ensure compliance with labor law regulations

Other requirements

1. Must know computer skills

2. Must have excellent communication skills, patience, and energy along with the ability to converse fluently in 2-3 languages is a must (Telugu, English, Hindi).

3. Must learn quickly and handle multiple tasks whenever required.

4. Must have proven experience as an HR generalist

5. Must have an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

6. Must have good knowledge of employment/labor laws

7. Must have outstanding knowledge of MS Office (HRIS systems will be preferred)
