Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source & identify potential candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
2. Recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
3. Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
4. Improve employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization, conducting orientation sessions, and providing necessary paperwork
6. Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive work environment
7. Collaborate in organizing employee training programs and workshops, maintain training records, and evaluating training effectiveness
8. Attend various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, filing documents, and updating HR databases
9. Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and recognition programs to foster a positive and vibrant workplace culture
Qualifications:
1. Recently completed PG in Human Resources or a related field
2. Genuine interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive & confidential information professionally
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
