About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and updating job descriptions
2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
3. Screening & following-ups
4. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
5. Helping new hires to onboard (documentation & joining)
6. Collecting payroll information and other personal details
7. Updating our internal databases with new employee data
8. Being a culture ambassador, ensuring the work culture remains healthy, fun, transparent, and supportive

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per hiring).
