Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes and application forms
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
3. Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels
4. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
5. Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
6. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
7. Help develop strategies and creative ideas to attract potential candidates
8. Support the recruiting ops team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database
9. Assist in streamlining the application processes from external channels (events, job boards, etc.)
10. Propose new ways to enhance the candidate experience and to delight candidates
