Selected Talent Acquisition intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified candidates
2. Source and screen potential candidates for contract/ permanent openings
3. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Ruboid's processes
4. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
5. Meet or exceed weekly goal/ target expectations
6. Manage effective usage of internal systems/database for recording different stages in the recruitment process
