About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening job applications based on the given criteria
2. Calling selected candidates and taking tele-interviews
3. Working on 1st round shortlisting of applicants
4. Briefing job profiles to the candidates
5. Working on final shortlisting based on assessments
6. Offering training (telephonic) & necessary day to day support
7. Ensuring performance & reporting daily
