Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on recruitment and selection by assisting with job postings, resume screening, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Working on onboarding and orientation by assisting with new hire paperwork, preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and helping new hires adjust to the company culture
3. Working on employee relations by assisting with employee inquiries, conducting investigations, helping to maintain a positive work environment, and facilitating communication between employees and management
