Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on managing employee life cycle from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offer, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts
2. Maintain HR operational documents (employee handbook, standard operating procedures, policies and guidelines, service agreements, contracts of employment, etc.)
3. Work on onboarding and employee orientation
4. Work on conducting exit formalities and full and final settlement
5. Work on managing HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.
6. Support employee engagement activities in the company
7. Assist to prepare monthly management manpower reports
8. Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/decision making
9. Assist the assistant HR manager with training activities and projects
