Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding job descriptions of various roles
2. Screening candidates from Job portals
3. Making job postings live on portals such as Indeed, IIM JOBS, etc
4. Calling the candidates, explaining the job opportunity to the candidates, and sharing the CV with management
5. Coordinating interviews as per availabilities of candidates and clients(should know about blocking calendar on Google Meet)
6. Ensuring closures on respective roles accordingly
Requirements:
1. Candidates with a hustling and go-getter attitude will fit the role.
2. Excellent communication and client-handling skills
3. Must have Excel knowledge
