Responsibilities include:
1. Work with company directors and HR managers to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
2. Work on direct hiring and training procedures for new employees followed by direct orders from the HR manager
3. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
4. Educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, general work discipline, operational policies, etc.)
5. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
6. Coordinate and direct work/engagement activities for managers and employees
7. Conduct research and analyze data about the alignment and success of company goals, which includes identifying skill gaps and developing critical feedback cycles within each team
8. Design and implement a variety of initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials that employ e-learning, virtual learning, ice-breaking sessions, etc.
9. Monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
10. Prepare letters such as offer, internship, revised employment, recommendation, etc.
11. Record minutes of the meeting for each meeting that you are a part of
12. Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
