Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruit and onboard new hires
2. Conduct performance management and provide feedback
3. Lead the recruitment process, shortlist, and arrange interviews
4. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and communication
5. Design and update job descriptions
6. Source potential candidates from various online portals and channels
7. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
8. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
9. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
10. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
11. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
12. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
13. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
14. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
3. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
4. Attention to detail and good judgment
