Job Description

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 2nd Aug'22 and 6th Sep'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Responsibilities include:

1.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals, and professional networks), Internal Job Postings, Employee Referrals, Recruitment Database, Job fairs, Campus interviews etc and evaluating Function/Region Transfer options
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
4. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
5. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
