Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Sourcing the right candidate for the open position, conducting initial screening tests for evaluation, coordinating with business stakeholders to close on offer, and generating offer letters
3. Helping in planning and execution of engagement activities for employees
