Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Maintaining employee records and updating the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
4. Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Conducting research on HR best practices, industry trends, and benchmarking studies to contribute to continuous improvement.
6. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and maintaining HR files.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
3. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HRIS.
