Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates from different job portals & networking sites
2. Screening resumes with keyword search, boolean searches
3. Conducting telephonic round of interviews
4. Evaluating candidate skills, technology understanding, key responsibility areas
5. Patching up face to face a round of interviews, scheduling technical tests up to final rounds with interview panels
6. Handling end to end recruitment
