Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews
3. Work on our HR Automation tool
4. Shortlist candidates and share details with the Hiring Manager
5. Schedule and confirm interviews based on the hiring manager and candidates' availability
6. Post, update, and remove job ads from Job Portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
7. Send offer or rejection letters/emails to the candidates
8. Prepare HR-related reports on Google Sheets

Prerequisites:

1. Undergraduate Diploma Holders/Graduates in HRM or a similar field
2. Fluent written and oral communication skills
3. Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
4. Proficiency in working with Google Suite
5. Good laptop and telephonic communication skills
6. Mumbai Residents Only
