About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews of candidates for various levels
2. Shortlisting resumes as per the client's requirements
3. Scheduling interviews of candidates with clients
4. Coordinating meetings with clients
5. Taking pre and post-interview feedback from clients
6. Building and maintaining a database of candidates and requirements of clients
7. Conducting tests for candidates
8. Conducting reference check
