Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, include screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
7. Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events
8. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
10. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
11. Communicate with potential job candidates
12. Contact candidate references and verify education listings
13. Manage HR records resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
14. Provide counselling on policies and procedures
15. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
16. Develop training and development programs
17. Assist in performance management processes
18. Monitoring employee performance
