About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learning & implementing end-to-end HR recruitment operations
2. Understanding problems faced by recruiting companies, and by candidates
3. Taking initiatives, adopting technological advancements to effectively provide recruitment services
4. Helping other teammates to finish the task, improving the efficiency
5. Finding opportunities for automation
6. Documenting problems faced by candidates

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of placement (annual salary)).
