Recity is a city resource management organization with a current focus on 'waste as a resource'. We support urban local bodies and corporates in implementing and sustaining data and tech-enabled city-level solutions to streamline the waste value chain and avert waste from landfills. This is done by creating platforms where stakeholders including the government, citizens, waste workers, and experts interact and problem-solve together, and become mindful of the needs of others. In the last two years, we have averted more than 24,000 metric tons of waste from landfills and formalized 325 waste workers.
