Responsibilities include:

1. Design and assist in recruitment process for each department
2. Conduct job analysis for each profile and develop respective employment assessment techniques
3. Assist, design and develop new assessment measures for behavioural testing
4. Make independent decisions regarding the processes and tools to be used
5. Analyze the results and create a summary based on the analysis
6. Suggest alternative techniques for employment strategies to management
7. Handle relationship management with Colleges, Institutions
8. Take care of entire admin activities
9. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
10. Organize and maintaining files and records
11. Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
12. Manage maintenance, repair & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
13. Coordinate with various departments for admin
14. Keep a track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.

Other requirements

1. Good communication skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

4. Candidates must have completed Graduation

5. MBA/PGDM pursuing/completed will be preferred

6. Prior experience in HR Industry would be preferred
