These startups had great business ideas and all they needed were the right people to execute those ideas. Identifying this need gap, we had the first-mover advantage in the talent acquisition market for startups. We are here to change the way people perceive HR that it is boring, bland, and only a support function that is far from reality. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
2. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
3. Screening candidates resumes and job applications
4. Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate websites
