1. Hiring candidates through multiple channels like social media, web portals, and head hunting
2. Issuing offer letters to the candidates and negotiating salaries with them
3. Coordinating with our management for all HR processes
4. Coordinating with the vendors for ID cards and stationery
5. Assisting in the induction of new joinees
6. Maintaining our company's employee database
