About Tata AIA Life Insurance

Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited (Tata AIA Life) is a joint venture company formed by Tata Sons Limited and AIA Group Limited (AIA). Tata AIA Life combines Tata's pre-eminent leadership position in India and AIA's presence as the largest, independently listed PAN-Asian life insurance group in the world spanning 18 markets in the Asia Pacific region. Tata AIA Life has written a retail new business weighted premium of INR 1,397 crore for the financial year 2017-18. For the same period, the 13th-month persistency of the company was at 81.2% and the retail claims settlement ratio was 98%.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing recruitment support
2. Working on MIS management
3. Coordinating with stakeholders across locations
4. Driving recruitment on the ground for position closures (follow-ups for position closures from the regional HR teams)
5. Learning the basics of HR overall functions and recruitment function
