    • Responsibilities include:

    1. Support in the recruitment of the entry-level/intern vacancies at Akanksha
    2. Post positions on job portals, screen applications, coordinate interviews & scheduling, reference checks, etc.
    3. Assist in onboarding & documentation formalities of new hires
    4. Prepare appointment/contract, offer letters, confirmation, exit, and any other letters as and when needed
    5. Prepare and issue contract letters/renewal letters and complete onboarding, orientation & documentation formalities for ambassadors and interns
    6. Assist with data requirements
    7. File employee documents
    8. Update the HRMS database (Qandle)
    9. Update vacancy trackers, data trackers, etc.

    Who can apply

    1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

    2. can start the internship between 5th May'22 and 9th Jun'22

    3. are available for duration of 6 months

    4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

    5. have relevant skills and interests

    Other requirements

    1. Should be a graduate in any discipline
