Think Analytics is looking for an Intern in its talent acquisition team. Explore the whole spectrum of talent acquisition function through supporting the talent acquisition team for 6 months. As an intern, you'll own and deliver on the hiring strategy and its execution. You'll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source top talents through a wide range of pipelines (job portals, LinkedIn, consultants)
2. Lead Interviews
3. Liaise and build trust with hiring managers
4. Build an exciting candidate journey to entertain the relationship between sleek and potential future hires
5. Maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboard
6. Support the talent acquisition team in structuring the corporate culture

Competencies:

1. Graduate in Human Resource Management. MBA/PGDM is a big plus
2. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus
3. Great interpersonal and communication skills
4. Able to interact with personnel at all levels
5. Entrepreneur, self-starter, enthusiastic and team player
6. Agility, the ability to multitask in a start-up environment
